If you're looking to renovate your home or build a brand new home, we would love to work with you on creating a design plan perfectly suited to you.
At Daniel Michelle, our full interior design package includes a design concept with 3D renderings and a full drawing set, with all the details needed to build the space. We listen to what our clients are looking to achieve, and we help guide the process along by providing space planning, finish and fixture choices, millwork drawings and lighting plans. We work closely with contractors during the construction phase to make sure everything is executed just right.

Nope! We don’t require a minimum budget to work with us; however, we will let you know if your budget is unrealistic for what you are looking to achieve. That being said, we can work within all budgets to create something beautiful, and we love a good challenge.

Only if you want us to! This is your home, and it’s not our job to take the decisions out of your hands, it’s our job to provide you with solutions and let you make the final call. We do sometimes have clients that want us to make all the decisions and be surprised at the end, and we’re happy to do that as well, if you prefer.

Like we said, we will be totally upfront with you if we think your budget isn’t enough to achieve what you want. But once there is an agreed upon budget, we absolutely will work within that. It sometimes creates hard conversations where we have to tell you that nice light fixture you want isn’t in your budget, but then it’s up to you to decide if there’s wiggle room. Communication is key here!
Interior Styling
Did you just move into a new home? Or are you looking to change up your space with furnishings and decor? Sometimes we need a refresh and a restart, we can help you with that!
Our interior styling package will help to rearrange room layouts, restructure room flow and accessorize in a style suited to your taste. Let us give you a design package to help jump start you into styling your space on your own, or let us handle everything from the initial design to the end install.

Absolutely! We love giving clients a grand reveal and letting them walk into their fully completed space. We’re experts at listening to what our clients want, don’t want, and sometimes reading between the lines a little bit. We’ll create a space that you can love and enjoy.

We can totally work with whatever pieces you already have. We’ll be honest with you if we feel that working around a particular piece might be hindering the rest of the design; but we love taking inspiration from pieces and mixing in the new with the old.
Home Staging
Did you know that it has been proven that staged homes sell faster and for more money? We fully believe that presenting a home in a neutral, aesthetically pleasing state will allow potential buyers to see the property in its best light.
Daniel Michelle offers home staging packages, priced by the square foot, whether the home is vacant or tenanted, that is guaranteed to help with the sale of your home. We handle the process of talking with the homeowners to encourage decluttering, and we’ll bring in the furniture and/or accessories to transform the home.
